Food inside the parks ranges from grab-and-go counters to full table-service restaurants with immersive theming. Booking a sit-down lunch for around 11:30 lets you eat before the rush and rest your feet.
The best value is often the themed quick-service spots — generous portions, quick queues off-peak, and settings that are half the experience. Look for the regional specialities rather than the default fast food.
Don't overlook the snack carts. A warm pretzel, a seasonal ice cream or a signature pastry eaten while watching a parade is one of those small, perfect park moments.
